Certificate of Registration

Every subject registered with PRAMPTA has a public certificate: what was registered, when, under which key, on what terms, and the hash-chain record proving the entry has not been altered since. No account is needed to check one.

A certificate states that a registration happened and stands unaltered. It is not a determination of ownership — the page says which of the two trust states backs each claim.
